You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Site is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed at the price indicated from any location using a payment method of your choice.

By placing an order through the Website you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We may require that you provide personal information to complete your order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, account details and related private information. You agree to accept this responsibility and ensure your account. All necessary steps are taken to prevent misuse of your information. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete. You must be informed via our customer service communication channels to assist you.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please make payments for orders in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) for Myanmar users and in Zella for ones who want to pay US Dollar in Myanmar. We do not accept US Dollar cash in Myanmar.

Return Policy
Please note that, in all cases, we reserve the right to not accept returns or refunds of the products after order has been accepted by you. However we will provide return/exchange within 7 days of your delivery item. But we cannot offer return or refund after 7 days of products delivery date.
Contact us through our customer service for return. Return without confirmation from us will not be accepted. Cosmetic products cannot be returned. For your return to be eligiblity, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and checked according to our policy, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. If return reason is valid, we will replace with same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
